Great location, close to shops and restaurants, easy access to other areas. the apartment was nice, clean, and spacious, perfect for our New Year's stay. the modern design and attractive layout of the apartment added to the overall positive experience.

The heating system was not working, making the apartment uncomfortably cold. Despite multiple complaints, there was a lack of prompt action from the apartment's team.

The floorplan was amazing, and the two full washrooms in the 2-bed apartment were a great bonus. The location was just right, with easy access to shops and restaurants within a 10-minute walk. The friendly 24-hour staff were always polite and quick to fix any issues. it was a new, clean, and convenient place to stay.

The location was perfect - quiet yet close to the center of London. We loved the variety of dining options just a short walk away. The added bonus of having two full washrooms in a two-bedroom apartment was great!

One specific situation that stood out to us was the issue with the aircon/heating system. Unfortunately, it was not working during our entire five-night stay.

heating issue for days

The apartment was cozy and had a homely feel to it. I loved how there was an electric kettle and microwave, perfect for making my own tea and snacks. The dining area was a nice touch, making it easy to enjoy my meals in the comfort of the apartment. The private bathroom with a shower was clean and convenient. Plus, having a dishwasher made cleaning up a breeze. The sofa was comfy, and having a kitchen and washing machine was really convenient.

I personally would have liked a bit more variety in the kitchen amenities.
